
The multi-colors and richness in this smoothie alone tell you that it is the right thing to jump-start your day.
Here's is how to make it.
Ingredients
1 small beetroot, chopped
1 handful raspberries, chopped
1 handful strawberries, chopped
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp sunflower seeds
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp goji berries
2 tsp organic baobab powder
1 banana
300ml water
Directions
Mill the chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and goji berries till they have a smooth consistency (we use a Nutribullet as they come with a milling blade attachment) and add to your blender
Wash all of the fruit beforehand
Chop up the beetroot, raspberries, strawberries, and banana into small pieces then add them to the blender
Add 2 teaspoons of PandaVita Organic Baobab Powder
Add 300ml of ice-cold water. If you have ice cubes, add 3 of them in there
Blend the whole thing together and add to your smoothie bowl, making sure to add some the toppings as you see in the picture
Eat and enjoy!
