Ingredients
1/2 lemon
1 inch ginger
3 tsp maple syrup
3 cups water

Directions
1. Boil 3 cups of water in a kettle.


2. While the water in boiling, wash and grate ginger using a grater or use a food processor to do the work.


3. Place grated ginger in a bowl along with maple syrup and squeeze the lemon into the bowl.


4. Pour hot water from the kettle in the bowl and stir until sweetener is mixed throughout.


5. Cover bowl for 3 to 4 minutes and then strain mixture into another bowl using a strainer.


6. Pour tea into a teacup and drink. Note: you must make and drink this tea first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for 21 days.


Note: If you choose to continue drinking this tea after the 21 days, you should discard the ginger and use one lemon along with the maple syrup and 4 cups of water. Because even though ginger and other spices may help give weight loss and flat stomach, they may also cause damage to the stomach lining and give you stomach ulcer!
