1. Avocado - contains monounsaturated fat and studies have shown that this type of fat is more likely to be used by our bodies as a slow burning energy source than saturated fat.
2. Banana - is a fruit that is rich in B complex vitamins and these vitamins work together to turn food into energy. It has also been reported that these B vitamins found in bananas can turn fat into energy and if fat is converted to energy, you will lose weight.
3. Blueberry - contains no fat, no cholesterol and no sodium; it is high in fibres that help with digestion.
4. Strawberry – has been reported to increase the production of a hormone in your body that stimulates metabolism and reduces your crave for foods.
5. Orange – is rich in vitamin C and studies have shown that the more vitamin C you have in your body, the faster your body will burn fat.
Eating Routine:
Eat your bananas and avocado in the morning, eat your blueberries and strawberries in the afternoon and eat your oranges in the evening.
